Running In and Training

During a running in period of 2 years your system will be carefully monitored to ensure the highest performance achievable and your staff will be trained to control and operate the system.

A running in programme with loads and cycles will be produced for the commissioning of the system. The system will be run in to its full capacity over a period of 2 years. The young reed plants needs this time to reach maturity and fully deliver their part of the drying process.

The loading programme will be monitored closely by our process experts and will be fine-tuned over the running in period. ARM Biosolids will monitor the SCADA-system remotely and co-operate with your operations staff during the running in period.

Your staff will be trained to operate the system from the outset. The training involves operation of  the SCADA-system, reading of measurements, taking samples and maintaining infrastructure elements and the surrounding areas.
